“Ajespa’s Acrimony” explores Rae’s troubled past and origins and how she meets Elias. When Elias is assigned a new case in Ajespa, he meets Rae Lioni, the princess of Ajespa, who feels isolated despite her royal status. Together, they explore a secret tunnel beneath the city leading to catacombs filled with giant war robots.

Rae’s father explains that a young Barton Colerico took over the company Anateros in 1990, helping grow Ajespa faster than ever, in order to fund for research on the robots. They unknowingly let Barton construct his own masterplan, taking control over the robots.

The robots were presumed to be made by ancient Georgians, but in reality, it was the Jespans who built it. Barton uses these robots in his mastermind scheme, where Elias realises that he is the mastermind behind Anateros. Elias and Rae narrowly escape with Rae’s latent power.
