The Jespan High Party was established by Behatar of Strength under Lucina of Wisdom’s rule as Queen of Ajespa. The High Party’s purpose was to lead and command the Jespan race, to bring peace and unity among the population. Rukana was the only member who was kicked out, due to him exploiting his powers to skip meetings and other important events within the High Party, although him being only the most truthful, honest and direct Lord, actually providing citizens with aid.
On Ajespa, the High Party was extremely powerful and created what was known as Orichalcum Stars that granted magical abilities to certain individuals. In creating these Orichalcum Stars, the Orichalcum on Ajespa was exhausted, forcing the High Party to mine Orichalcum from other planets. Earth was their target, but Kareth’s wife Helena rejected this notion, suggesting it was immoral to do so as it was similar to stealing.
They also recruited Underlords that performed duties that they didn’t want to do.
The High Party was disbanded when Kareth, an underlord overthrew the kings.
